4.1. Ownership: You retain all rights in the content you upload (e.g., CVs, job descriptions).
4.2. License Grant: By submitting User Content, you grant JobCraft.tech a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
4.3. Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all User Content.

5.1. Our Rights: All Service content (excluding User Content) is owned by JobCraft.tech or its licensors and protected by law.
5.2. Your Rights: You retain ownership of your User Content. We assert no ownership over it beyond the license granted in Section 4.2.
6.1. One-Time Purchase: Access to the Service requires a one-time purchase fee. Details of fees are available on our Pricing page.
6.2. Billing: All payments are processed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your data.
8.1. No Warranty: The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind.
8.2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobCraft.tech’s aggregate liability is limited to the total amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JobCraft.tech and its affiliates from any claims arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) any breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of applicable law.
10.1. By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any reason, without prior notice.
10.2. By You: You may deactivate your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings or contacting support.
10.3. Survival: Sections 4.4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10.3, 11, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, England.
